What RegoSnap is

RegoSnap reads used-car listings and PPSR certificates that you give it, and summarises what it finds. It is a pre-screen to help you ask better questions — it is not a mechanical inspection, a valuation, a legal opinion, or advice about whether to buy a car. You make the decision.

What it isn't

Accuracy

The app reads screenshots and PDFs automatically, so mistakes are possible — a blurry screenshot, an unusual layout, a cut-off page. Always check the details the app shows you against the listing and the certificate itself. If something is missing or unclear, the app says so rather than calling it clear.

Purchases

Using the app properly

Don't use RegoSnap to break the law, to harass sellers, or to try to get around its limits (for example by faking purchases or hammering the service automatically). We may stop serving checks to a device that does.

Liability

Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, RegoSnap is provided as-is, and we are not liable for losses arising from a car you bought or didn't buy. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the app changes; the date at the top shows when. Questions: [email protected].
